Your recipes stay in your browser

The scaling calculator runs entirely client-side. Ingredient text you paste or type is parsed and scaled by JavaScript on your device — it is not transmitted to our servers, stored, or logged. Closing the tab discards it.

What we collect

Our web server keeps standard, short-retention technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and capacity monitoring. We don't use these to identify visitors and we don't run our own behavioural analytics.

Advertising and cookies

We may display advertising served by Google AdSense to keep the site free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses information from partner sites at policies.google.com. Apart from advertising, this site sets no tracking cookies of its own.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA and California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Given how little we hold — transient server logs and nothing else — requests are usually simple; write to hello@fonda-las-cazuelas.com.

Children

This site is a general-audience measurement tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it, and the current version always lives at this URL.
