• For a guide correction: the page URL and the specific number or claim. Sources welcome but optional — we re-verify everything anyway.
• For topic requests: the scaling question you couldn't find an answer to. The guide list grows from exactly these emails.

What we can't help with

We don't provide nutrition or medical advice, we can't troubleshoot a specific recipe's outcome beyond its math, and we don't accept guest posts or link placements — please don't ask.
